We are thrilled to announce a special wine dinner on Wednesday, September 17th, featuring Azienda Agricola Demarie, a third-generation family winery from the Roero region of Piedmont, Italy. Joining us will be Paolo Demarie, who will share his family’s story while guiding us through six of their remarkable wines—including rare library selections such as a 2013 Barbaresco Riserva and 2010 Barolo.

To complement the wines, Chef Thomas has created a multi-course tasting menu, crafted exclusively for the evening. In addition, Paolo is bringing the first truffles of the season from the Demarie family estate, which will be showcased in several of the dishes.

Azienda Agricola Demarie is celebrated for its commitment to organic farming, deep respect for the land, and wines that balance tradition with sustainability. With Paolo personally presenting his wines and bringing truffles from his family’s estate, this dinner offers a rare opportunity to experience the essence of Piedmont right here in Indianapolis.
